Refund Policy

At Smartify Space, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after placing your order to return your item to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address which you must return to, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item by emailing us at info@smartifyspace.com with a description of the damage and photos of the item. We will review your claim and provide instructions on how to proceed.

  2. Return the Item: We will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged item. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged for its return journey. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable service to ensure the item reaches us.

  3. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and verify the damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for sale items.

Smartify Space reserves the right to alter and enforce this refund policy at any time without having to serve a prior notice to users.
